Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Here's how our return and cancellation policies work:

Availability: We try our best to keep everything in stock, but sometimes stocks run out. If an item isn't available, we'll ship the rest of your order and send the missing item as soon as we have it. Shipping costs are based on weight and location and are non-refundable.

Returns:

• You have 7 days from your order date to return a product with a manufacturing defect. We'll send you the replacement product, depending on the issue.
• Items returned must be unused, and in original packaging.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs. We'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days upon receiving it.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your order before it ships.
• Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible once the order is shipped.

Returns (if applicable):

• We recommend reviewing product descriptions before buying. We cannot offer returns for incorrect item selection.
• Certain consumable items (such as food) cannot be replaced if the seal is broken.
• For damaged or missing items, you have 24 hours from delivery to report the issue.
• At the time of reporting, please send a picture of the damage to Mamapet for verification.
• If we approve your request, you'll need to ship the product back for a replacement.
• Replacement will be issued after a quality check of the returned product.
